I have been using MaxHire for my organization since last 2 years and I am happy how this tool help me to hunt right talent for right job. It automate my all Recruitment process. The main features of MaxHire are online job processing, Interview Scheduling, Candidate selection etc. You can use this tool with any Browser and Operating System.

I have used this tool for large organization consisting of more than 300 employees. It is not best tool for large organizations due to its missing features. You can get those features using other Recruiting software like Jobadder. Jobadder is suitable for SME's. However Maxhire is cheaper than Jobadder. Technical and customer support is awesome. You can get instant response from their support team.

I really like this tool due to its easy to use interface. It can also be integrated with Gmail and Outlook. You can import and export your contacts easily. If you want to use this app then you can get training material from net in the form of hand out and Video tutorials. The best thing about this tool is wide variety of reports. These reports will help you out in order to select a candidate for interview. I am highly recommend this to Recruitment Agencies
