Maxhire is one of the most popular recruitment softwares available in the market. The salient features include the accessing of the candidate recruitment data, setting up of tasks, and simplicity by using boolean search methods. I especially liked the integrated email facility which helped us to be on the same page on the status of the applications. The Tearsheets and the task lists are the features to watch out for and the customer service at Maxhire is probably one of the best in the business.

It would be great if Maxhire provides training to customers on how to use the product and the features. I would like to see better improvisation in terms of customization and the aesthetics. Also the system is not robust and there are frequent crashes of the software. The cost of the software is also on the higher side and it would be better if the browser compatibility is extended to chrome and Firefox in addition to the Internet explorer.

The features which attract you to Maxhire are the support in publishing with respect to social media like facebook, twitter. I especially liked the email templates and the requisition management features. No doubt the reporting and notification alerts can be improved upon. The design and functionality of Maxhire is pretty easy to understand and learn. It helps our organization to tarck teh applications and follow-up with the candidates.
