I went to work with Maverick because my business is high-risk. I went to multiple companies I found on google but no one was able to help out. Maverick got me approved but also consulted with me some of the reasons I was high risk. Besides my products being riskier then the standard stuff sold on ecommerce, I had chargebacks but they were able to help put in place fraud prevention tools, chargeback filters and introduce me to some other service providers to help the problem. Not only was the approval easy but it was quite exceptional how much they know, how much they taught me, how much time they spent working on my business and really going the extra mile to help with everything. They were pretty amazing and very helpful.

I have no complaints. They were honest, friendly and very responsive. They also were super helpful so honestly, there is nothing bad I can say. They did what they said there were going to do and have been helpful ever since. The only bad thing I can think of are the other companies who advertise they are high risk providers but couldn't help. Be sure to do some research and talk to Maverick.

They are great, no complaints and their team is amazing. I would recommend to any business needing a go-to person for their processing and someone who actually understands the different businesses and merchant processing. They really changed my business and how I operate to be more compliant, help reduce unnecessary chargebacks and put in a more long term structure for processing.
