I like the fact that Target list can be created in a visual drag and drop user interface. Also List can be created directly from the Campaign which have surely saved my time. You can get Events, email campaign and content management in single suite which is a great for Small sized business.

The main weakness for Marketo is systems inability to dynamically leverage block data with emails in order to better personalize the email for the target recipients. Interface in great and speed is also good but some times Dashboard takes too much time while loading. This should not happen for caliber of Marketo.

The most valuable feature from marketo is how easy to pull report from Marketo. This is a really good way to reach every report you want. Also Pricing is very good as compared to other Marketing Automation tool. My customers are very happy due to my work. And this is due to the effective use of Marketo
