Marketing Signals is primarily a search engine optimization company which I have reached out to to learn how they can help with our forthcoming project. This company has one of the coolest web designs I have seen but I realize that doesn't have a lot to do with the service I'm interested in from them. They have a wide variety of specializations within the SEO industry which is good to see. Yet it's usually tough to sell me on the value of social signals unless they are from verifiable real people and I've found semi-automated networks which utilize real social signal sharing which may help your SEO. And anything less than that is suspect in my opinion so to see they use the paid methods available from the social media networks themselves, and organic means otherwise, making it somewhat like PPC management I suppose if they are using a preset budget to order social signals from Facebook, for example.

They are not in the Better Business Bureau which is an easy way for me to trust their company implicitly and immediately. They had zero testimonials and zero case studies as examples of verifiable customer successes. I simply do not understand this approach to their presales strategy. It appears that they are a professional company by their website which is very professional and fast loading. But without out any proof whatsoever on their site it's tough not to think that it is all on the surface. And easy to question what goes on underneath especially in this industry which is known for suspicious but more so for myself perhaps as I have been taken advantage of in the past.

I did't have a lot of implicit trust based on their presales strategy initially. They offer a good variety of services so I'm interested in how they present their current knowledge of SEO specifically as it is a specialized service. Though they do offer Google Penalty Recovery services which are quite specialized and they maintain a current blog which helps me to know as a prospect that they are currently active as a business. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and reached out to learn more in detail to see if they can convince me otherwise that they are the best company for our project. I was happy with the responsiveness of their team. Gareth was very politely persistent and took the time to use a bit of the keyword research I had done to help provide an accurate quote. I was quoted at slightly more than we can afford per month to move forward as I must implement an entire integrated marketing campaign for roughly this budget including search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, social media marketing and B2B email marketing at least so I had to pass. Though perhaps we can circle around one day and check with them again. Despite the lack of case studies with verifiable performance metrics I believe this company to be trustworthy and able to fulfill the services you're interested in for your business.
