Friendly and prompt support, free training and setup help. Time from when we signed up to fully set up and launched was two days. No long-term contracts and unlimited users.

A bit of a learning curve. Because it’s so customizable, nothing comes out-of-box. It takes a bit of planning and setup to get the most out of the tool. Might be a bit much for small startups - definitely a professional tool. Good thing support is free because you will depend on them for the first few days.

Great program that combines crm, marketing automations, and campaign management. A bit overwhelming at first, but after some setup help and hand holding from the support staff, we were off and running in just a few days. Not the cheapest out there, but big value for the price considering all the tools you get. I would recommend for any established small to mid-sized business that does any online marketing looking to upgrade.
