Setup was very easy and hassle free. We've set up other systems in the past that have caused a lot of stress and lost time; this was a refreshing change. Customer service was exactly what I hoped for. When I called to ask about the services and pricing, the lady I talked to was very professional and courteous. I felt like I was respected and valued as a potential client. This treatment continued after I set up services with them and had to call tech support to figure out how to use a certain feature. They kindly worked with me until I understood how it functioned. The tech behind this system works very well, and it makes all the difference. The number assignment helps tracking to be done more efficiently than other methods I've seen. Marchex has been wonderful for 100% campaign attribution when dealing with incoming calls. We all liked the dashboard layout. It was nice to look at and presented all the information information in an easy to see manner.

There are a few features that could stand to be less complicated so we know what we're looking for and how to find it with less hassle. It can take a little while to figure out some of the navigation. However, if you're doing this every day it'll become very easy to manage. And if you can't figure it out, their customer service reps are always there to help and offer information.

I would recommend Marchex. My company has done well with their technology and services, and we intend to continue using these services for the next foreseeable future. Although there are a few things I'd like to see improved, overall the service and tech is well worth the price they're asking. It may be the solution you and your company need.
