Marchex

I really enjoyed working with Marchex. They sent us emails in advance to let us know when they would be performing maintenance. We never really had any issues even when they were performing maintenance but I appreciated the heads up. After a lot of issues, we were appreciative of the communication we received through Marchex. I generate leads for my clients. This allows us to track the leads generated and allows our team and clients are on the same page for the performance of programs. Knowing which keywords are driving calls was a challenge. Now that we know that, we can determine which keywords are more likely to drive phone calls vs. online form fills. There is lots of great information in the platform. We get a ton of valuable information on our customers that we can in turn use for sales collateral

I feel since there have been updates in the system it is not as user friendly anymore. We are having issues pulling data and having it presented on the screen and printouts correctly and I don’t like the return process and the time it takes to order. Although they said it’s going to be fixed soon

Overall Marchex installation process is simple with an excellent customer support, quite easy to use. So that it doesn't take any time to stop our work to spend on them. Their integration with other markets works fine. With their knowledge of marketing, business and customers they have created a perfect tracking software with better analytics reports which can be understood by using their application.
