The ability to put tracking numbers for clients wherever we need to, whether print or online, and be able to correlate the calls to specific campaigns is priceless. Also, I like the call switching feature the best. It allows us to show from what source their calls came and segment leads into the appropriate category. Call recording is a feature our clients love as well.

Sometimes the support received over the phone is inconsistent from one representative to the next. And one other small thing to dislike, which is not their fault, is the influx of spam dialers who seem to find their way to some of the numbers. But Marchex is working on that, and it isn't their fault.

We offer this service to our clients who are running ads online. This with the proxy page creation option, allows us to create a mirror image of a client's site and put the call tracking number(s) on the proxy page. As a result, we can show the proxy only to visitors from the ads as well as track the success of the leads generated.
