Maple CRM

Configuring Maple CRM is very simple, even business owners and sales folks with little experience in CRM can use it. Maple CRM makes it simple such a way that all the jargons of sales pipeline are not enforced on the user. Instead, the user can define their own workflow what they practiced before they moved to a CRM application. Availability and support are extremely good, and there has never been any downtime.

I didnt find any great disadvantage using Maple CRM. I would say lack of integration with outlook is a drawback as I am using outlook for years and want to have my timelines, schedules, calendars integrated to CRM. Leaving this I didnt find anything wrong with maple. Again, Maple CRM is limited to Sales function only. Although they have shared the Customer Support function is releasing shortly, the current function is limited to sales force management only.

Pricing is the most attractive part of Maple CRM. There are no additional chargable items once we start with the service. Support stands as another advantage of Maple. They provide direct person contact instead of call center number to reach for support. This helps to interact with the same person for a followup or a problem that affects our workflow. Overall Maple stands good for a small/medium business to manage their sales function and sales team. The attraction is usability. Your sales team will not be hesitant to use the CRM application in their day to day activities.
