As it integrates with QuickBooks, it’s one of the favourite tools to use for many. It’s easy to see why as well – its’ web-based, therefore very easy to use, but the bonuses don’t end there. With the job costing, scheduling and quotes/estimates it’s very intelligent and intuitive at the same time, simplifying your work by a ton!

The only note of negativity I could shade would be the fact it is a little hard to comprehend at first – if you have no experience what-so-ever with such systems, then you might be in trouble. They have screenshots and manuals though and ideally you could also ask for help from their customer service, but a little more self-explanatory functionality wouldn’t hurt.

Perhaps a little difficult at first but nevertheless the real-time results it can grant are more than welcome. It's a one way solution for anyone in trouble with job costing, as this tool can take on its' shoulders such tasks. Thanks to web-based system it is also easily accessible which simply adds a level of flexibility to it.
