MaintiMizer

When talking about MaintiMizer the first essential thing to point out is the fact there are actually 3 different platforms: the maintenance software, web-based service and mobile app. The web based one is the most noteable in my opinion as it is rather straightforward (much better than the app) and enables to manage work order or inventory and equipment without much trouble.

3 things come to mind: looks, set-up price and the accessibility of the support. 1. The mobile app is not decent-looking and really the only thing mobile about it is the small layout but it doesn't look easily navigateable at all. 2. Though monthly price is pretty nice, the set-up fee can be rather expensive, especially when comparing to the price itself. 3. The support is not easily reachable and submitting a form is not the best way to get support.

Despite the lacks it has, they don't play a huge role when it comes to the web-based solution which looks easy and gets you all the important data you need. You can track PO's there too which adds immense quality - no need for a separate software, all you need is this one!
