This company was recommended to me as a top rated web design firm so I included them in my due diligence among other top rated companies in order to determine my best choice for our custom project. I developed several criteria as part of a comprehensive presales list, assuming they can all do the job based on my reference, wanting to learn what makes these the best, and who stands out among them. I like the companies own design it's great. And they are Google Partner certified which I was able to successfully verity. To their credit this company had the highest SEO Woorank out of several dozen companies which I surveyed which was eighty eight. The lowest was thirty nine from a company selling search engine optimization and the average was seventy five to give you a better idea.

I appreciate having Better Business Bureau accreditation but am surprised to see the intense nature of many of the twenty nine complaints over the last three years. They are so deeply personal with thousands upon thousands of words of reasonable content so that's disheartening. I don't claim to no all of the facts and it appears this company has done a lot of work to repair their reputation in the BBB which I appreciate. Though it's odd to me to see so many negative reviews online some of which are very recent. To their credit they do their best to respond to positive and address negative complaints online. I noticed the reviews either seem to be one star or five stars. And the five star reviews tended to have common team members mentioned while negative reviews didn't seem to name names. So clearly the team honest team members who best manage expectations and offer great service are commended. And the negative complaints didn't seem to have a pattern other than clients feeling mislead or not getting expectations met.

I received a prompt response from Mike at the company who politely followed via phone and email until we connected and were able to connect in person which I appreciated. He wasn't salesy but straight to the point and very helpful. They offered a proposal within a day of our chat and while it wasn't the most comprehensive proposal we received it was clearly laid out and linked to several successful client case studies available. They offer tailored SEO plans and custom reporting depending upon what is best for the client. Their team is made up of over two hundred people all in house. They required a minimum of a four month contract with options for six and twelve months. Mike was able to pass along some numbers which helped us determine our cost per click for search and shopping ads which I appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience with this company. We ended up going a different direction because their monthly quote converted into Canadian currency was about twice as much as I had to work with in order to implement an entire integrated marketing campaign but other than this I had no complaints about their service. And I cautiously recommend this company as there is real proof that they know what their doing. Though I would suggest asking to work with one of account managers mentioned in the positive reviews found online for your best chance of success using their services to be on the safe side.
