MailUp

I think the pricing is the huge advantage of MailUp. It is also very easy to integrate when collecting some leads from online forms. And more importantly, they have a very nice customer service and the interface is simple and easy to understand. I also commend their FAQ, they contain all the answers.

Integration of e-commerce is quite far against the top player since they don’t have ready to install connectors like in most used platforms (like Magento) which offers the ability of importing product data and sales and implement some of the basic email marketing automation process. I think that needs improvement.

Overall, MailUp’s interface is friendly and easy to use in comparison to the previous platform that we use. Although it is affordable, it is very powerful and reliable. I love its customizability and I like the distinction between the overall design of the site and properties. It can also be easily learned by people with less technical skills.
