What was the best part about using Mailbird?
Fast response. Good integration with Client Server Mail Files. Easy installation. Has basic email functionality.
What would you change about your experience with Mailbird?
Add local files to be saved on local server for backup. Add Email file sort functionality. Seems to be more support than for Thunderbird, Outlook , Yahoo mail or similar Email products.
Overall Feedback
Mailbird was designed primarily for "social" users, with simple email, pictures, etc., and is a little better than Win10 email, but not for Business users. Reviews from users over 6-years have asked for "sort" capabilities of mail files, by Name, Date, Description, Status, Attachments, etc., that is available and needed by Business users and even included by providers such as Xfinity email, which is not their major business. Mailbird has ignored user requests and provides empty statements that "it is in the development queue", which has no credibility, after 6 years. Too bad. It is missing a Market opportunity that anther company will fill. Heavy users must be able to sort and search files for customer information, but if MailBird's target marketing is for Tweeters and Lite users, that's okay, but suggest they stop making promises that they have no intention or capability to deliver--technology changes 100% in 3-5 years.
