This is among the email marketing service providers we considered for our start up in the ecommerce industry as well as another project. It's kept simpler than most other similar services in that you don't have to choose from templates as there is only the one for use. While you can choose from several preset color themes they have available to suit this template. You can upload a banner at the top and use drag and drop technology to place content as well as select a font to choose your brand. You can also utilize custom HTML if you're savvy. You can setup an autoresponder to follow up prospects with a series of follow up emails. There is standard analytics reporting available though you can integrate Google Analytics which is good. There are several useful integrations possible including SurveyMonkey, Zoho CRM, SalesForce, Freshbooks, Highrise and more.

I cannot find any sales copy on their website nor in my trial account to confirm that their emails are mobile friendly. And upon further research I found multiple reviews and one was just less than a month old verifying that they are not which is hard to believe in this day and age. It's simply not practical to choose an email service provider that you know will not have newsletters format well across all mobile devices. There are no behavior based triggers available in the autoresponder. I also don't believe you can do headline split testing which is another major drawback to this service in my opinion.

I understand this email service approach is based on simplicity as it does not contain a lot of advanced features as other similar services. But the fact that the newsletters are not natively HTML5 mobile friendly, unless I am mistaken, is reason enough not to choose it. The pricing is slightly less than most for larger numbers of contacts which I appreciate. But there are several free forever plans in other services which offer much more value and features. They do have several marquee clients which helps validate their credibility. Though I don't understand why savvy companies would use an email platform with no split testing and non-mobile friendly newsletters. These are such important features I have to believe I am mistaken somehow and if so I apologize. Though it is the easiest email marketing software I've surveyed so if you're brand new to email marketing it's a solid choice for that reason.
