M-Files DMS

Powerful yet amazingly easy for me and my colleagues to use. You get eveyrthing you expect, like check-in/check-out, versioning, sharing (no more dropbox needed), PDF conversions, annotations, a great mobile application etc. It also integrates with our ERP system and makes doing our day to day work this way simply more efficient.

Nothing really - it required us to start thinking about documents and content in a different way. We were used to working with folders and M-files works a bit different but we would not want to go back to folders anymore. We find our documents much faster now and we always work with the right version.

If you are looking for a document management system, whether your'e a small sized family business or bigger, then you'd do yourself no favors to ignore M-files.
