M-files DMS is easy to install and access. We don’t need any IT professional support to install. It is adaptable and flexible according to the users. Its increase my business productivity so well. This software secures the documents of the users. Here we can manage different type of documents without too much problem and stress. I can easily repeat the process in my organization. Now there is no more tension regarding where my documents will save on my network. It saves my lot of time and money. M-files DMS can run with the web as well as with local client. It can easily work with other devices like Ipad, Iphones, and Droid .It is very easy to deploy and configure.

I think it should improve its integration feature with Microsoft Windows. While I am working with Ios devices, I can't deploy it on with another platform like Linux. The users who don't have any computer knowledge they can't make full benefit from it. I think there would be the graphical interface for workflow configuration. No doubt it is powerful software but it would be best if the documentation can be improved.

M- Files DMS is great software for file management. It is cheap in rate as compared to other software of this feature in the market. It is most useful for small and middle scale enterprises .It is easy to customize and access. The customer care support is good as they solved my issue on time with the quick reply. But it would be great if they provide us the free trial for the users. It provides various benefits like DMS, Invoice processing, knowledge management and CRM for my business work. I would love to recommend this software for those people who are searching for the powerful and reliable app in low budget.
