This is a unique customer relationship management tool in that it contains a lot of features generally found in similar software but includes some additional tools as well such as product management, reviews and directory, the ability to create project and tickets, to help increase visibility of your product or service in their marketplace and help you network through their directory. You can add contacts, deals, tickets and projects and move them from one stage of your sales pipeline to the next. Contacts can be imported from LinkedIn, Google, Excel spreadsheets and Highrise currently. You can tag items for quick searches and there is solid reporting which you can filter data and export it easily. There are native mobile apps for iOS and Android which is great. The user interface itself seems quite busy at first but it relatively easy to pick up and start using in a short time. Functionality is all quite straight forward.

I personally prefer a visual pipeline with drag and drop technology enabled to move leads from stage to stage as I find it more fulfilling, efficient and productive overall. There are useful integrations but overall this is one area that could be improved certainly especially with email services for example. I would like to be able to BCC contacts from my website form and have them populate in this CRM from our current email service which is not currently possible. Rather than a marketplace and directory which are not targeted to your specific audience, I would rather see sales acceleration tools for email lead generation or a call dialer with call tracking for example. I also would like to see more inclusive value across their paid plans, so that more features are available on all of their plans while varying the number of users perhaps.

I like that they have as many international currencies available as they do. It's a very internationally friendly CRM generally speaking. Much more than most in fact. There is a free forever plan which includes all of their basic CRM functionality and up to seven hundred and fifty contacts. Paid plans are relatively affordable and include various features according to your plan. Overall, this is a solid customer relationship management tool and I appreciate the value they are offering. It's not going to be my pick however it's free forever to try out and learn for yourself if it's the best fit for your sales team.
