Lx Retail has proven times and times again to be the most profound solution but only for retailers, but for the extensive capabilities for commercial leasing management. The handiest aspect of Lx system is the fast, easy platform that you can literally access anytime and anywhere. Besides that, you can easily configure the system to tailor to your needs.

The sole thing I find needs improvement is the administrative tool set, together with reporting features that need some flexibility developed in them. It’s nothing concerning in the long-run but more of a personal perspective as other users might easily find that’s not the case for them. When it comes to the feature set, it is notable that they don’t offer residential leases, but commercial leases.

Lx has pretty much every feature you would need as a property manager – starting from retail leases, tenant database and overall property management, ending with contact management and alerts. As it is very easy to use I find it useful for even entry-level users, especially small businesses who need to save time of dealing with complex interfaces. Definitely a must-try!
