Lumesse is an HRMS software that will most likely suit the needs of a middle-sized company. It enables you to keep track of candidates and their info rather easily, also the scoring feature is tremendous help. Lumesse’s system is very flexible and is actually very customizable so it can meet your needs anytime. A feature that I particularly love, is that you can add notes to the candidate’s pages – it enables us to memorize more and in the end, make the decisions more efficiently!

As nice as Lumesse can be, I found it’s way too complex and therefore, I can’t say an inexperienced user can go around with the program. It has too many options and they make the system very slow. Also, there is no timestamp feature – that means, we can’t pinpoint who or when did any changes to the candidate’s profile, though it’s a rather important piece of information.

Though Lumesse could be the software for you, I recommend to have an insightful introduction to it before you make the purchasing decision.
