Lumesse

Lumesse is a pretty flexible piece of software that's available in multiple locations around the globe - not just the United States. It's a good thing in terms of their flexibility, but that's pretty much all there is to say. They're not your best pick for a business that's meant for a domestic company that doesn't do international business, nor has the need to manipulate with the HR from other countries/continents.

As well as some other platforms similar to Lumesse, the user interface is not as attractive as I expected, judging by their web presentation of this exact same software. I think it needs a bit more functionality to it, and there are some minor bugs that can show up while you use Lumesse, but with that said, I think it's an average platform - you can definitely find better ones with a little research.

I don't think Lumesse is something you should hate, because their web presentation makes you think the platform itself looks amazing, but it actually doesn't. The lack of certain features, such as the ability to see better reports and search results make Lumesse an average platform, just as I mentioned above. But on the other hand, there's nothing dreadful about them!
