This tool was designed as a solution to enable businesses optimize and manage operations regardless of what industry they belong. It has the capability to extract events and incidents from a range of available logs while it filters and displays correlated real- time results in easy to manage dashboards. The LogPoint allow each user customize their roles and responsibilities.

Lacks the virus definition update and the file access control which I believe are core features that most users look out for. The software is only deployed on Windows OS and I believe it should allow more flexibility with other know operating systems so that more users can have unlimited access to the LogPoint platform.

The LogPoint allows for free trial while it is deployed only through installation on the Windows OS and offers training support with documentation, webinars or in person sessions. Customer support service works round the clock and is extremely very responsive. However I’m more concerned about the wonderful features that comes with the LogPoint software like vulnerability protection, database security audit, real time monitoring, alerts / notifications as well as the security event log feature, all set into one tool for great functionality.
