This remote control and support software enables PC and Mac users to use their desktop or view someone else's from a remote location in a number of useful ways. It's a quick download and installation process though I didn't have major firewalls to deal with. The dashboard is very straight forward though there are advanced options available such as use of a proxy should you need it. It has multilingual capabilities which is great. It's very secure both as a client and also when sharing files. You can perform health and status checks on remote computers which is a feature I had not seen on other similar software which is cool. You can also manage hardware, create useful reports and track software inventory. You can set up alerts based on designated criteria you setup. These tools make this software well suited to IT based businesses as opposed to simply accessing your own desktop for personal or business reasons. You can share secure files, timed download and screenshots as well as use a whiteboard feature to add notes during support sessions. This software works well on mobile devices as well including iOS and Android devices which makes it truly powerful in my opinion.

If a software such as this could enable Google Translate in order to chat with someone in another language in real time that would be a way this software could certainly differentiate itself from the competition further. During my research I noted that some had issues with sound so I hope that isn't the case moving forward but haven't experienced this issue directly as of yet.

This is a great piece of remote access and support software. It worked faster than the other I had also tried. It's highly secure through use of SSL encryption, IP blocking, failed attempt locked out accounts and one time passwords. Though this level of security doesn't make it any more challenging to use. It's very easy to learn and intuitive to begin using quickly. I am mostly interested in using this software for access to my desktops remotely while traveling but I'm glad to have discovered it for other purposes as well. It would suit IT businesses very well also and I'm glad to recommend it for both purposes.
