What was the best part about using Logi Analytics?

There is nothing better than the robust platform of Logi Analytics. This could easily categorize employees overall strength and who is working best even if they are on different roles and responsibilities. This has given us a better gage to our employees thus we know who is performing at par with the rest considering that they have different roles.

What would you change about your experience with Logi Analytics?

I believe the only thing I would suggest that they could improve on, it would be the learning curve. The system is a bit hard to navigate thus exploring the entire system is not too much easy to work on. I see that Logi Analytics could offer a lot of functionalities but since it is a bit hard to navigate there are some functionalities I could not use.

Overall Feedback

Logi Analytucs has provided our HR team best way to know who to recognize and give recognition even if they are working on different tasks and responsibilities. Logi Analytics is something I recommend to huge companies who are looking at gaging who is working better than the rest despite their differences with work and responsibilities.
