This was a search engine optimization provider we had considered recently for our project recently. Considering they are among top ranked SEO firm according to a popular online review site I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and listen to their pitch to learn their responsiveness, current SEO knowledge, guarantee although I wasn't sure that I should based on the hundreds of negative reviews about this company accessible online. I will give the owner and some of their staff credit for weighing in on some of the negative comments which are found online. Their responses seem sincere and they are generally trying to be helpful.

There was zero chance I am giving this company my phone number as most of the hundreds of negative complaints were about not getting indexed in Google and daily robocalls that are nearly impossible to have stopped which was unfortunate to learn. Sadly this is easily the worst reputation of any single company I have ever discovered in my ten years as a professional digital marketing specialist. Of the thirty reviews I read about this company most of the negative reviews mention how they keep charging your credit card after you cancel which is absolutely terrible to learn about when shopping for a search engine optimization provider. I also believe this company may be deceptive about their relationship to Google. I'm not sure directly first hand about this to be clear but I have experienced a company claiming to offer Google SEO and almost all of my own clients in the past seemed to mention this to me as well. Google does not offer SEO nor will they ever. That would be a gross policy violation and probably illegal for them to do because they aren't allowed to favor results for specific companies. Their website itself has very little value in terms of education or proof of rankings. There content in general is very thin and barely helpful unless you've never read anything else about these services in your life before.

I have to give this credit once again for being listed in the Better Business Bureau at all because at least they are not hiding from this level of transparency. When I see a digital marketing company without a listing in the BBB it's a red flag unless they pass all of my other presales criteria for the most part, though there are some companies with such tremendous credibility and positive reputation found elsewhere it becomes a non-issue. Overall, I am not one to typically want to leave negative reviews because as an entrepreneur I understand the work it takes to even get to market. Let along prospect, sell, fulfill and support services. But unless I am mistaken this company did not follow up my request for more information. So poor service together with a brutal reputation makes it hard to recommend this company.
