The company's core product is LobbyCentral; a customer check-in system that manages walk-in customers including time in, time seen, and time out. This powerful software sends notifications to employees and provides management with insight on overall traffic, wait-times, service-times, and visit reason.

What was the best part about using LobbyCentral?

LobbyCentral seems to be like any other similar software but what makes it stand out is the online scheduling and real-time notifications, together with reports and even integrated chat. Another extensive quality is its’ data being visible to employees exclusively, so no worries with security. Furthermore, it can be used from multiple locations and departments, if you have such feature enabled in your subscription plan.

What would you change about your experience with LobbyCentral?

There is one significant disadvantage to talk about – that is its’ compatibility with different browsers. The trouble concerns all other systems besides Internet Explorer 9-11, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Others are not recommended and technical support also doesn’t handle issues with other systems. It also doesn’t comply with HIPAA.

Overall Feedback

The only part where I see a possibility for improvement would be the compatibility with other browsers so it would be more flexible and more easily usable. Fortunately it shines with its' secure data management and thanks to flexible subscription options, it should easily fit very different needs - from small to medium sized companies.
