LiveHive Sales Acceleration Platform

This is a sales acceleration and analytics software program which I tried recently to learn if it's the best fit for our start up based in the ecommerce industry. It's designed to offer insight into your opportunities while increasing visibility through your entire sales cycle. This software is great in that it allows you to understand your prospects better in terms of how they engage your emails in your dashboard or though use of their browser extension. You can track email opens, clicks, which pages are most relevant to a prospect as well as which files are being forwarded. It also has marketing automation included including bulk email with custom rules, headline split testing and personalized messages. There is also an auto dialer with call scheduling. The LiveClip feature is one of my favorites as it will capture emails from prospects on LinkedIn. This is a service I've seen thousands of dollars charged for per month so that's great value at the price they are asking. While it will scrape this data off of other sites as well. The LiveFeed is cool too and shows you any tracking activity occurring in you campaigns ongoing. It integrates seamlessly with Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics and SalesForce.

The CRM integrations while valuable seem limited in my opinion as I have tested both SalesForce and Microsoft Dynamics and do not prefer them moving forward. And the email marketing automation is powerful but could be enhanced further with the ability to send follow up emails which will remove prospects from the follow ups sequence once they respond. Their pricing suggests plans start at roughly sixty USD per month with a five user minimum. So if that means it's three hundred per month as a minimum that's too much for start ups, or very small teams. While elsewhere online it states it's roughtly twenty USD per month per user, and while obviously their website is going to accurate in any event, that's quite a discrepancy and somewhat deflating to learn it may have been this price at one point in my opinion.

To be honest I am fairly blown away by this software in it's ability to increase workflow efficiency and productivity. When I sent a test email from our company domain it landed in my test email account inbox within seconds. There was no SMTP or POP server setup at all. And I only used my domain email when I signed up for my LiveHive account. It's safe to say I haven't heard of this being possible before. Together with the dialer, tracking and ability to capture LinkedIn or other website emails this is a tremendously powerful software and I will happily to use it for our team if they add more CRM's in the future. Though in fact, it's a powerful enough software it has me think that switching CRM's might be the best thing. If your focus is outbound sales it can save your reps significant time by streamlining the sales cycle and I recommend it highly in any case.
