What was the best part about using LiveAgent?

We work with LiveAgent helpdesk software 2 years now. LiveAgent is full of interesting features ready to support your customer service. Spam filter avoid receiving messages you do not want to receive, you can simply create contacts, forum, notes, filters and departments. You can set email templates to send answer with predefined answers as quick as possible.

What would you change about your experience with LiveAgent?

We would be happy if we could choose a theme from more options than 2. Now we can choose only black or white theme. It would be great if we could modify each color of LiveAgent panel ourselves. We also miss an integration with Salesforce, we will be thankful if they add it there in the future.

Overall Feedback

Company is reliable and we are satisfied with the choice we made. There is an option to easy manage everything from your phone through iOS and android apps. I recommend it to every company with poor customer service and not satisfied customers. We really like a huge bunch of features LiveAgent offers.
