What was the best part about using LiveAgent?

LiveAgent is the software that is almost free of cost having a free trial and very easy to understand for working. LiveAgent is for live chat and has its integration that works with the software and made the CRM stronger. Live Agent is more than a help-desk; it's a Multi-channel support hub that lets us manage multiple product brands and social media outlets all under one interface. LiveAgent is offered both as cloud-based service and on-premise installations. It's easy to configure and learn. It has nice features to chat with customers in a real time and help them.

What would you change about your experience with LiveAgent?

The only thing to complain about is that the liveagent on a mobile is opening in a new window. They had a small problem after an update; the app still didn't work for a couple of hours. Implementation can be done fast and easy but it may take some couple of hours. Also, it lacks some CRM related features as it doesn’t integrate with many application like WhatsApp, Hangouts or Skype. It connects only through Twilio. The mobile version of this platform may need more improvement.

Overall Feedback

It helps to take the customers advice and the new things they want to have in the product. This is cost effective with an incredible free trial option that makes its place in the industry as help desk software. LiveAgent gave off an impression of being a perfect plan. LiveAgent is a valuable tool for any business. The Customer portal where clients can check out their tickets among other things is a huge help. The best part of LiveAgent's service is that it distributes tickets for agents.
