What was the best part about using LiveAgent?

Liveagent are a great system for those working directly with customers and customer related issues. The program contains many basic features like hybrid ticket system, automated distribution, adding rules, notes to tickets, adding contacts to companies and various live chats. Offcourse it also contains call center and contact through other social medias. It provides you with very good service and is easy to deploy. You can integrate it with emails, calls or facebook if you want.

What would you change about your experience with LiveAgent?

We have a website in multible languages. Unfortunately its not possible to setup a helpdesk in more than one language. You must pick one language. I know its a big task to setup a helpdesk in many languages, but with our multinational world, it should at least be possible with one or two other major languages.

Overall Feedback

Faster customer interaction makes everyone happy and especially the customers. Customers will see your Company as more professional with Liveagent. Its a simple tool and yet it covers what most Companies need to make there customers more happy. Too many Companies either there own solutions or to big programs that gives them much more features than they actually need.
