The look of Litmos needs some enhancements that it has to compete with others. It is not very customizable but reporting is easy to deploy and disseminate. Other than that, everything works fine with Litmos as their support team really cares that if you have any problem with the support, they are there to fix it.

Overall, Litmos is a great learning management software. It is not that customizable but very easy to use. It has the not so good looking interface but the company will most likely get into that eventually. Their support team is great that you will not worry about having a problem since they are there always to help you. One to consider!
