Though not the most attractive-looking solution it makes it up with its’ great compatibility with different devices – from Mac (iPad and iPhone as well) to Windows. When talking about devices, a great aspect of it is that you don’t need multiple licences – one licence can be transferred to many devices. It’s not very pricey either, especially when considering the extent of features – from detailed canine records and fast data entry to feed management, breeding planner, journal and much more.

To be honest, when comparing to some other solutions, Ranch Manager’s Canine edition (and other animal editions) are not the most modern-looking. The website itself might confuse you as well – it is not the most straightforward one out there. Another issue could be with the lack of any actual insight to the system. They seem to be developing a a virtual tour but right now there is no possibility to see the software more closely.

Right now the software really needs some cosmetic work - like updating their looks and implementing a more reliable insights to the system before making the purchase. Also the support system is not the finest as there is pretty much only a contact form available, that howeveris not very reliable solution.
