Your skills can be added to your profile and they are a way to show other people what is your expertise in your career.

The worst part is that you need to pay to enjoy the LinkedIn full package and to have unlimited contacts to be added. Another bad thing about LinkedIn is that if there´s a group you are really interested to be part of, they can reject your request without explanations of any kind, limiting your opportunities to networking virtually.
