LinkedIn Premium

The most important option of LinkedIn Premium is, I think, its emails which have proved to get more responses than either emails or phone calls. I also like the ability to see who has viewed my profile. You can filter the search option by many criteria, like industry, monthly salary, location, etc.

What I think needs improvement in the product is the amount of emails that is limited to a certain number for each month and they tend to end very quickly. Also, I think, the price is too expensive, $30/month is far too much, and you are not getting any closer to the employer you would like to contact as your profile looks the same as any ordinary account.

LinkedIn Premium is a professional network that allows you for better high-quality connection to more clients. It's easy to use and comprehensible. Using LinkedIn Premium can be a great benefit for both recruiters and job seekers, ordinary people who are looking for a job. For recruiters, it's a huge advantage to have access to information about so many potential candidates for different industries as not all of people are actually in an active job hunt and it's difficult to locate them otherwise. However job search with the Premium account tends to be as difficult as with any ordinary free-of-charge account, so it's probably less cost effective.
