Less Annoying CRM

I was up-and-running within an hour. I had customized my sales pipeline and imported leads and set things up the way I wanted.

I don't really have anything to complain about. THere are CRM's that are much more customizable and those which have more robust features. But if you're trying to track sales and move them along a pipeline there is no easier or better software I would recommend.

I am impressed how easy it is to use and how quickly I was able to make the minimum customizations that I needed. When I have run into problems figuring how to do something more complex I have never had to wait more than an hour to get an answer from the support staff. I highly recommend this software to anyone who has been burned from using the more powerful software suites like Salesforce and SugarCRM. Someone who wants to use a straight-forward piece of software in which they will spend their time selling and this will be a tool which will service them (instead of them having to get service for it). LessAnnoying CRM is their answer!
