Less Annoying CRM

You do not have to be a programmer to customize this CRM - even if you've never used a CRM before, you'll be amazed as to how easy it is to keep your data current - and easy to find just what you want.

The only thing I would like to see would be the capability of using highlights on certain fields - this would make things stand out more when viewing records. This is only a personal wish - and surely does not affect the performance of the CRM.

I have used CRM's for well over 25 years. Many of the ones I have used previously have been very sophisticated but cumbersome - so that much of the fields for the data were not very useful. LACRM is perfect for me and my small business. I operate a trade school and this CRM works so easy for me that I can find any student (present or past) and all the information almost immediately. The capability of having emails linked to the account gives me permanent documentation which is added to the individual files - making it easy to find. With the "Group" function, I can add student to many groups, making it even easier to find when I might not remember when the student attended classes. Even with all the capabilities of LACRM, I know I'm not using even 50% of what it can do - but, for me, it is the best system. So pleased to have been recommended to try it - now I'd be lost without it. And - compared to costs of other CRM's - I waste more money on coffee than I do on keeping all my client accounts all in one place and easy to access anywhere. I have had some questions on merging files, and other simple things that were drawing a blank for me - and the support was fantastic. The support people REALLY want to ensure that the CRM works just the way the individual client wants and needs. They make you feel part of the family. I hope this never changes!!
