This document signature software as a service was among those which I had tried recently comparing it with others. I like the ability to have contracts taken care of from anywhere and using any device. It is a time saver in that you don't have the physical task of obtaining a wet signature. This eliminates the need for additional resources such as paper, printers, scanners and their maintenance as well as possible travel time. And the whole thing is a cost savings compared to doing it this way. If your customer is onboard they will be more satisfied with the sales experience. While it helps you close the sales cycle much more efficiently and increases the productivity of your team significantly. The ability to upload PDF documents is a breeze and you can use it to send an unlimited amount of documents. The form filling feature is nice to have and helps reduce the redundancy of completing similar contracts. The tracking is solid and give you insight as to when and the document was viewed. Their are further stats available and email notifications as well which I like. There are a ton more features available as well too many to list here but it's impressive to say the least.

It's unfortunate there is no service available in Canada and other countries other than the U.K. and U.S. currently as I really appreciate the amount of features available compared with the competition I have tried otherwise thus far. And I have found similar with more affordable pricing plans while it's still very reasonably priced considering the time, energy and money it saves.

The user interface is very easy to learn and intuitive to use. The software makes obtaining signed digital documents legally binding super easy compared with the old school manual way of taking care of it. The mobile responsiveness is another nice feature making it completely accessible on the go. It eliminates the paper trail and thus avoiding delays and communication is in itself enough of a reason to switch to this service or another like it. This is one of the more feature packed electronic signature services I've tried so far and I would have been sold on it's use for our company but the lack of availability in my country obviously makes it a non-starter. However I certainly recommend it for companies in the United Kingdom or United States.
