The interface lets you have direct access to returns. You can also print and you have the ability for diagnostics available. I also love that I can integrate QuickBooks. Using this product saves loads of time and is cost efficient. I definitely recommend using Lacerte Tax.

The worst part of Lacerte Tax is that capabilities are limited in compared to some competitors. Also, only a few remote access capabilities are available. When you do get the remote to work you do need IT support and extra monthly fees apply. Those are the only qualms I have about Lacerte Tax. Other than that the product is a great help.
