LabTech has been very useful in developing our business with its excellent features. It amazingly improved mostly our operational profitability and productivity by allowing us to utilize the force of IT mechanization. Allows us to quickly analyze systems, resolve our problems remotely and save our precious time with its latest feature. At first, we find this tool a little difficult to start with, but luckily they have this amazing online learning system which is very helpful to us in understanding its great capabilities.

Not much negative to mention about its system, but I think its Support service is a bit bad. I noticed that I got less and slow responses from them. I heard It is because their time is US based. So for those who are not from US, a little patience is required. But anyways, I still give a 4 out of 5 star for a great tool that helped us through almost anything!

After getting all the platform up, you will love how it can help you with almost anything! It can be very good for basic remote support too. Their Cotrol Centre is used in a Windows 10 VM and I'm glad to say it's been stable for months now. A great tool that provides visibility into my IT networks and as well shows essential tools that let me automate IT support services. I highly recommend this to anyone!
