What was the best part about using LabHealth LIS?

They can customize reporting analysis but very limited.

What would you change about your experience with LabHealth LIS?

Very manual. results get deleted when updating requisition entry, can not preserved old reports (when you change format or ranges, previous results will over write), interface issue, poor QC/Levey Jennings, poor pending and worksheet log, even billing issue, when one changes something something will be off/affected, etc

Overall Feedback

LabHealth LIS system is not fully functional. Only good for Physician's Lab or very small lab. Not recommended for multi tests labs esp specialized lab. Dealt with this system for 3 years, everyone in the lab wanted to change the system, one of the reasons why employees left our company because of poor LIS. . Sorry Labhealth but it's true.
