KxConferencing is pretty straightforward and everything from the terms to the features is rather self-explanatory. Moreover, you can manage easily multiple companies at the same time so there is no limitation to one event only. Integrated billing & invoicing, contract management and resource booking are all very helpful and essential modules for successful event management.

They promise to provide a full-scale service, however as far as I can say it has some lacks on the feature-set, for example like food & beverage management or profit tracking. These would be the main things to improve, together with implementing some sort of a trial/demo solution that nowadays is so highly valued.

It's not the most modern-looking software, neither is it anything spectacular, however it gets the job done and has everything essential for doing so - even billing & invoicing which ensure you don't need another tool for covering up that aspect. As it is not very pricey either, it will fit well with the needs of a starting business.
