The main advantage to KT-Family in my perspective is the rather easy web-based system which means there is no complex set-up nor installation, you can just get right ahead. Thanks to inventory management, tracking and planning it can benefit your business in multiple ways. Another great bonus is the 24/7 customer support who is always helpful and responds very quickly!

By far the greatest issue for us is the price. It is not even remotely affordable for our budget – one-time, one user costs $8000 which for our technical budget is too much. Also, there is no training available which means you have to learn and figure out everything on your own.

In case you don’t have a strict budget and you can fit KT-Family within it, you shouldn’t encounter any issues. Though somewhat hard at first to comprehend, in case you get lost with any features, the customer support representatives will friendlily help you out and advise you on how to go ahead. Definitely a great product!
