The mobile-responsive videos are the best assets with it for sure - when about 40% of clients use mobile devices, it's simply crucial to have interactive content up and running decently. Another fine example of nice-job-done is their support ticket system and support overall - as they are all over the world, it shouldn't be hard to reach their help if you should need it.

It's not really that much of criticism but more like a personal opinion: Kontiki is in my perspective a little too average, providing pretty much the same solution as any other and therefore not standing out the most. There are some nice features though so I am not saying it's bad or there's something wrong, but it's just that it doesn't feel as if irreplaceable solution.

As it provides fully customizable, branded solution and mobile-friendly videos it is safe to say it is reliable tool that can get the job done easily. Though I can't say it has any stand-out features, it is nevertheless great asset if you are looking for a simple and straightforward software for video hosting and management.
