Compared to the extend of features you will get, the biggest surprise (and a very positive one) is the price! It is actually very low priced and therefore shouldn’t be an issue for any user, ever. If you are a Microsoft user, then there is no other tool that could integrate with the same intelligence as this one.

This is not the tool for everyone, simply for the limitation of Windows OS only. However, it is pretty much built to integrate with Microsoft and benefit Microsoft users, so it shouldn’t be a surprise. Only thing that concerns me is the customer support who is available only on business hours and therefore they are hard to reach. It would be greatly appreciated to have online support!

Don’t be afraid of reaching the customer support as well, as to be honest, they are actually truly knowledgeable in what they do and they can always assist you – the wait is well worth it. For the price they offer, there is no other software that could compare to this one!
