Kixie is actually rather wonderful call service tool. When compared to its peer Callinize that we also tried out during the beginning of our business, I’d say Kixie tops them! The system is very easy to set up and use which is a great benefit. Thanks to call logs, hold, call park, forwarding, screening, alerts and so much more it’s a full package for anyone looking to put greater effort in their call-related sales.

The absolute only thing I could grumble about, is that it’s rather expensive compared to other similar products and therefore, maybe not all small companies can afford this solution. Also, sometimes (though rarely) the system gets overloaded. This is more of a tiny issue as this is more likely to not happen at all but I’d say it’s a notable thing.

Kixie is truly professional tool and thanks to extensive features will take your sales department up by a ton! Though a little pricey, I’d say the impact it has on enhancing your sales force and their work, is in the end absolutely worth it and won’t be an expense but more of an investment. Therefore I suggest, take the leap and try them out as their service will greatly surprise you!
