Kixie works great if your business talks a lot to customers by phone. It also makes for a great tool when making conference calls with your teams. All calls are recorder into the Kixie system and are archived for further uses. Kixie is integrated with many CRM tools like Salesforce and can be handled directly from there.

I would say it is most probably the whole set up process of the program. Seems easy at first, but it takes some time to adjust all settings to create a plan that best works for you and your teams. I had some issues with searching recorded calls at first and I needed some time to learn the steps for some actions into the program.

Listening into calls is also an option. It has a learning curve, but it delivers solid results.
