After conducting research, I have come across a few concerns with the KISSmetrics software. The primary concern I noticed was the lack of mobile applications. Users, especially in this society, are often on the go and like the ability to gain access to programs on mobile devices and tablets. Other complaints were the lack of certain features; for instance, the lack of demographic information.

Overall, KISSmetrics is an efficient system to help track web activity. The pricing of the software is a bit on the high side. Although, there are several packages to choose from; for instance, $120 a month for unlimited services compared to $400 or $600 packages. KISSmetrics helps companies understand where their best customers are coming from and what they desire.
