KISSmetric is a very effective tool for tracking software. It also enables us to track marketing, events, sales and also the behaviour of the user with the working area. It also delivers visualization tools on how users interact with their web app, mobile products and site. The capability to search and filter is the best. It makes your work easy.

It is very difficult for the new user to configure some of the analysts. It would be great to have a concurrent event tracker, but it doesn't occur at the moment, which would cut down unnecessary event capture and give us insights into what events are most highly coordinated with one another. It doesn't give any warning of the expiry of your plan and it automatically starts charging the next plan.

Overall, the tool is good enough to use. It is very effective and lead us to improve a lot about our conversation funnel. The best thing is that with a few clicks we get detailed and customized funnel reports. However, the pricing is a thing to concern. What I find the most interesting in this software is, its easy to use interface and efficient reporting mechanism. This software might feel a bit tricky to use, but once you get used to with it, you'll simply love its features!
