KISSmetrics is a Web Analytics tool suited for Small and Medium business types. I have been involved with Search Engine Optimization team and I find this tool really helpful for me. Keyword searching is best thing I have seen in this tool. Interface is perfect and GUI is good looking with perfect Dashboard. It has more than 150 client from all over the world.

KISSmetrics integraton sometimes creates problems with FireFox Plugins. I also got an issue when I integrated KISSmetrics with my Microsoft Outlook. I raised a ticket to their support team and they are working on this integration problem. Due to this I really appreciate the Support Team effort. Knowledge wise it is a great tool. You can also get help from internet regarding to its use.

KISSmetrics has many rich features which enable this tool a stand out performer in Web and Mobile Analytics. You can integration it with any Third Party. Interface is simple to use and user friendly. Reporting is excellent so you can even pull large reports. You can also track your events using KISSmetrics easily. Due to all these capabilities I am highly recommend this tool for Web Analytics.
